NO RETURN/REFUND POLICY
ALuxeBeauti Bodycare and Cosmetics are made in small batches. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return or exchange. All sales are finals. We encourage you to reach out to us before buying should you have any questions about a specific product.
ALuxeBeauti does not offer refunds or exchanges on any products, unless it arrives to you damaged and/or broken. In such case, please send a photo of the damaged items to ALuxeBeauti@gmail.com within 24 hours upon receipt of your package and we will gladly replace for you. We may ask you to send us the broken item.
At ALuxeBeauti, we maintain a very high level of quality assurance by taking every bundle of hair through a vigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied.
Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
